This Stuff Works: Nails

Weeks and weeks ago Nerd Girl asked what I used to make my nail polish stay. After years of research dealing with chipped/smudged nails I finally found my winning formula. I use the polish as a base and top coat, after a few minutes I spray the Sally Hansen on which doubles as a hand moisturizer. Tonight I used it with Zoya's Yummy polish and it dried so quickly! I didn't even have time to think about smudging it. What do you use to protect your paint job?

I use that spray as well, it works like nobody's business. PJD put me on to it and I've been spreading the word. But that base coat looks like something I need in my life.

I usually go to the nail shop and I thought b/c I was constantly wetting my hands to wash dishes, and twist my hair adn stuff that was the reason I kept getting nicks on my nails. I may have to pick this up and try it. That would mean I'd have to do my own nails anyway.. Which I need to be doing.

oooh! cool! i stopped polishing my nails because I didn't have the time to update them regularly and can't stand chipped nails.

I finally found the base/top coat tonight at Sally's. If I'm not too tired after I wash Lovegirl's hair, I'm going to manicure my nails tonight. Still searching for the spray. Thanks again!
