Ok I am making these for a party at my job. On a scale of 1 to 10(best) how good were they??
Were you able to find cardamom?
These were about an 8 or 9. The sweet potatoes kept the cookies moist and the flavors were really good. My mom and aunt sat and ate almost the entire container. They were so good that when we told her somebody stole our car that night she said, "awww man, so they got the cookies too?" Yeah, so they were good, lol.
I did find the cardamom but that crap was expensive! It was like $11 for a regular sized spice container. I googled it and people said it was ok to use cinammon and nutmeg in it's place, so I just added more of each of those ingredients.
